AircraftMX LLC – Terms of Service

e. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

These tools are offered for informational purposes and are not a substitute for a certified mechanic's judgment, official guidance from manufacturers, or applicable regulatory requirements. Use of this information is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

b. Maintenance Responsibility Disclaimer: AircraftMX is a digital tool designed to assist aircraft owners and operators in organizing and tracking aircraft maintenance. AircraftMX does not perform maintenance, certify compliance, or provide legal or technical advice. You acknowledge and agree that:

• It is entirely and exclusively your responsibility to ensure your aircraft is properly and lawfully maintained in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer guidelines, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
• AircraftMX LLC is not responsible for verifying or enforcing compliance with any regulatory or manufacturer requirement.
• Any maintenance interval suggestions, service templates, or regulatory data made available through the Service are informational only, may not be complete or current, and must be independently validated by you or your authorized mechanic.
• Under no circumstances will AircraftMX LLC be liable for damages or losses arising from maintenance decisions made based on data, tools, templates, or suggestions provided by the Service.

c. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AircraftMX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to aircraft damage, regulatory violations, grounding, loss of use, injury, or loss of life, resulting from or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
